How long can EVACHA PRESS-ON NAILS last?

  • When applied with sticky tabs, they typically last 1 to 3 days.
  • When secured with nail glue, they can last between 1 to 3 weeks.
    Please note that these durations are approximate and can vary based on your lifestyle and whether proper application techniques were followed.

What is the proper way to apply EVACHA PRESS-ON NAILS?

    1. Prepare your nails by using the cuticle tool, nail file, and alcohol wipe (all included in our complimentary toolkit).
    2. Choose and apply your preferred adhesive.
    3. Carefully place the EVACHA press-ons onto your nails.

How do I remove EVACHA PRESS-ON NAILS?

  • For detailed removal instructions, visit our Removal Tutorial page here.
  • Or follow these three easy steps:
    1. Soak your nails in a bowl of hot water mixed with soap and oil for 10-15 minutes.
    2. Gently lift the press-ons using the cuticle tool included in your toolkit.
    3. Buff off any remaining glue with the included nail file.
  • If you used nail glue, use the nail glue remover (included in the toolkit). This nail glue remover contains vitamin E, so it is safe to use.

Are EVACHA PRESS-ON NAILS reusable?

  • Yes! EVACHA press-ons are 100% reusable.
  • Follow the removal instructions and our tutorial on caring for your press-ons to maximize reusability.
  • To clean off excess glue, gently buff the surface with the included nail file.

SIZING

How do I determine the correct size to purchase?

  • We provide a sizing chart online, which includes detailed instructions on how to accurately measure your nails.

What should I do if I have flat nail beds?

  • For flat nail beds, try to reshape and adjust the EVACHA PRESS-ON NAILS for a better fit.
  • You can do this by warming the press-on with a hairdryer or hot water, and while it is still warm, gently press down to flatten the natural curve.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Can I exchange or return the product after opening it?

  • Due to the nature of the product, if the case is opened, it cannot be resold, so exchanges or returns are difficult.

How do I request an exchange or return for unopened products due to change of mind or incorrect purchase?

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. All items, including nails tips, tool kits, and freebies, must be in perfect condition; damages may result in rejection of the exchange or return. (Before return the product please send the picture of the all items to service@evachanails.com)

What should I do if I received a defective product?

  • If there is a defect, contact customer support (service@evachanails.com) to have the defect assessed. The request must be made within 15 days of receipt. (*Timely submission is necessary; the seller covers shipping costs.)

What should I do if I find a defect in the product?

  •  products undergo a strict second inspection before delivery. If a defect occurs, contact customer service immediately. Defect criteria include tearing of the nails tips or damage to the parts.

Is a slight scratch on the case considered a valid reason for return?

  • No, a slight scratch on the case does not qualify as a reason for return. Our brand’s packaging is reused after it has been handled by customers; scratches are unavoidable and can occur during packaging or manufacturing. Therefore, such minor scratches are not grounds for a return.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

  • Yes, EVACHA PRESS-ON NAILS ships internationally using both standard postal services and DHL Express.


 

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information.
  • You can monitor your order’s progress by clicking the link provided in that email.
  • After your package arrives in your country, we recommend checking your local postal service's website for the most up-to-date tracking details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • International orders typically arrive within 5-15 business days with standard shipping, or 3-5 business days via express shipping. (depending on the destination and customs processes.)

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact customer support immediately with your order details and photos of the item for verification.


 

I entered my address incorrectly — how can I correct it?

  • If you realize the address you provided is wrong, please contact our customer support right away via email to update the shipping details. (If it is before the order is shipped)
  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the address easily.
  • If it has already shipped, you'll need to contact your local postal service to resolve the issue.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrectly shipped item?

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, the shipping fee for exchange or return is free of charge. (The seller covers the shipping costs.)

How are event applications and free gifts handled?

Event applications and free gift distributions are determined at the time of payment and are not related to items added to the cart earlier. (*Please note that free gifts may end without prior notice if supplies are exhausted.)


 


 

Do you agree to the terms upon order completion?

Yes, by completing your order (payment), you agree to the above policies, which are also recognized in legal disputes. We are not responsible for any disadvantages arising from other reasons.

What are the notices regarding color differences and image accuracy?

Colors may differ depending on monitor and graphics card settings. Unauthorized use of EVACHA images without permission from the company can lead to legal action.

Can the product images differ from the actual product?

Since products are handcrafted, images may not be 100% identical. There could be slight differences in angles, gradations, or transparency of the silhouette nails.
