Order Cancellation
Once the order enters the shipping preparation stage, cancellation is not possible.
You may submit a return request, but the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs for the exchange or return.
Please contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving the item.
Change of Mind / Wrong Purchase
For reasons such as color or size selection, return shipping both ways will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returns or exchanges due to change of mind or purchasing errors are only accepted within 7 days of receipt, and the item must be unopened and in original condition.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of our products, once the packaging is opened, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
Product Condition
All items, including nail tips, tool kits, and gifts, must be returned in complete and undamaged condition.
Items that have been damaged or altered may be denied for return or exchange.
Promotions & Free Gifts
Promotions and free gifts are applied based on the payment time, not the time the product was added to the cart.
If stock runs out, the promotion or gift may end without prior notice.
Color Display & Handmade Differences
Due to monitor settings or graphic card differences, slight color variations may occur. As our products are handmade, slight differences from images (e.g. angles or gradients) may exist.
Some translucent designs may show natural visibility of the nail base.
Unauthorized Use of Images
Unauthorized use of EvaCha’s images without prior consent will result in legal action.
Quality Inspection
All products go through secondary inspection before shipping.
